Peter Clinco is a practicing attorney at law. Admitted to the California State Bar in 1978, he graduated with honors from the University of Southern California in 1974, attended the New York University Graduate School of Business in 1975, and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Loyola University School of Law in 1977. He has worked as a compliance assistant, and assistant to the Chairman of the Board of Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. Inc. an investment banking firm from 1975-1979, and was an associate at the Law Firm of Rudin, Richman & Appel, from 1979 to 1985, and was a partner in the firm Wolf, Rifkin, Shapiro & Clinco until 1986, He then left for private practice and joined with Howard Fisher in 1992 to form the firm Clinco & Fisher, LLP, a general business law firm with a primary focus on general business, tax strategies, and real estate and other business litigation. He currently is in private practice, and acts as an arbitrator/mediator, and has acted as Judge Pro Tempore for the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
